In the land of data, talent is king
In the sport of commerce, talent is the wildcard
What is Orangr?
talent x technology
mission
By the early 2030s, when generative AI will be in its teens and the baby-boomer generation will be retiring en masse, which businesses will thrive? Those that augment talent with technology.
Why Orangr?
Orangr excels in the practicalities of the game. It recognizes that in higher-level thinking, in discretionary arts, entrepreneurship, and learning, technology remains the foundation upon which talent stands. Orangr evangelizes the use of technology for its role in business transformation, process automation, big data, and quantum scaling. It also emphasizes the importance of thoughtful discretion and entrepreneurial spirit that talent embodies.
Why talent x technology?
Talent drives the creation of technology. Technology empowers talent.
Technology amplifies the impact of talent, to play higher.
Will one replace the other? No. Talent and technology are symbiotic.

the first 5 years | resilience
The first birth was Steenbok in 1995.
Steenbok's early years were marked by a resilience and a fighting spirit. Steenbok was founded upon a shoestring. A crew of 2, then 4, planted the roots when the ground was hard.
The crew dreamt big. And fought the good fight.
2000s | adaptive
The subsequent years were marked by challenges posed by Y2K, the financial meltdown, and a recurring economic downturn.
Steenbok recognized that remaining a system integrator would not be enough to ensure survival, let alone growth. To adapt, the company plotted a strategic path into a more specialized business focused on critical skills, while maintaining a lean footprint to weather the economic storm.
2010s | focused
Established in 2006, Daulfin Grey, a complementary company specializing in HR recruitment, prompted a shift in perspective towards technology. The focus was on understanding technology from the practitioners' standpoint, rather than just from that of corporations in need of it. A strategy was devised to strengthen ties and expand influence in industries where a foothold already existed, rather than venturing into new ones.
2020s | scaling
Both Steenbok and Daulfin Grey are developing a Business Transformation (#BX) and Digital Transformation (#DX) proficiency by first transforming themselves. This rebirth will yield a quicker, leaner, and more digital entity that can serve a wider customer base more efficiently.
The companies are narrowing their industry focus primarily to the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry (#BFSI). As part of the broader enterprise, #Orangr, they can quickly establish a presence in another financial hub.
the identity | the playbook
